SUMMER CAMP
Once again Polarettes and Polar Tumblers Gymnastics Club will be having our Summer Camps!!
Registration for Summer Camps will begin on Saturday, May 14th 2011
You can continue to register after this date until camps are full.
Unfortunately we are unable to put our registration form up online at the time - you will need to come to our facility to complete, sign and make your payment
We will be running NINE different weeks of Gymnastics and Outdoor Fun.
Camps start on Monday June 27th and continue until Friday August 26th 2011.
Camp Price: For members $140.00 per week; non members must pay a $20.00 YGA the first time they register.
Camp Hours: Drop off begins at 7:45am - gymnastics lessons start at 9:00. Pick up ends at 5:15pm.
Camp Ages: We take children who WILL be attending kindergarten in Fall 2011 up until the age of 12. Children are broken into age groups for gymnastics lessons.
Drop-in Days: We do have some space set aside for Drop-in Days. These days cost $30.00 per day for members and $50.00 for the first day for non-members.
At this time we do not have our THEME WEEKS set out. Our Summer Camp Co-ordinator will be arriving back in Yukon at the beginning of May. We will post this information as soon as we have it available.
A typical summer camp day looks like this:
7:45 - 9: Arrival (crafts, reading and other activities to take place upstairs)
9 - 10:30 - Gymnastics Lessons
10:30 - 10:45 SNACK # 1
10:45 - 12 - Gymnastics Lessons
12 - 1 - Lunch Time
1 - 3:30 - Outdoor / Theme Week Activities
3:30- 3:45 - SNACK # 2
3:45 - 4:15ish - Games in the gym
4:15 - 5:15 - Free time (time to play and experiment on the gymnastics equipment)
