Polarettes and Polar Tumbler Gymnastics is happy to rent our facility for exciting occasions.
We have rental times available on weekends for special functions. We rent in two hour time slots at the cost of $130.00. There is a $40.00 non-refundable deposit that must be made within one week of booking.

4:30 - 6:30pm
6:30 - 8:30pm
- Sunday
10:00 - 12:00pm
12:00 - 2:00pm
3:30 - 5:30pm
Please try to call at least a month in advance as we have a limited amount of time slots available.
You may also use our tables/chairs/bleachers to host a party at no extra cost (you must provide your own drinks, food, cutlery, decorations, etc.)
- Things to Note
o At least ONE adult from the paying customer must be present in the gym the entire time
o Please supply a complete list of first and last names as well as the ages of all people attending
o You only have the gym time allotted for (i.e. 1 or 2 hours); all set up and clean up must take place within this time frame.
o As of January 2009 a deposit of $40 must be made within a week of booking. This deposit is non-refundable
o Remaining fees may be paid ON the party date. We accept cash, cheque, and/or credit card.
o The gym office must be notified of any cancellations no later than 7:00pm on the last Wednesday prior to the party date. You can reach us at 668-4794. Your deposit will not be refunded.
o If no one is available to take your call please leave a message
Party Area
o You must supply all your own food, drinks, cutlery, cake, decorations, etc Please NO GLASSWARE
o The party area can be used only for the allotted time it was booked for.
o Remove all garbage before leaving and deposit it in the dumpster that is located in the parking lot.
o No peanut or peanut products in the gym.
** There may be a connecting rental so please have the above tasks finished a few minutes before the end of your rental **
We also have some rules pertaining the gym equipment. Please read them carefully and ensure that your guests and you have a safe and happy day.
Rental Rules
- One person at a time on the all the trampolines
- No flipping on or off any of the trampolines
- Walk on and off the big trampoline; you may jump feet first into the pit after looking to ensure there is no one nearby
- No burying yourself in the foam pit or underneath the mats
- Please keep foam inside of the pit and do not pick or pull it apart
- Hands must be on the bars at all times
- The rings and ropes will be put away – please do not take them down to use
- Please respect all of our equipment; ex. Do not throw it around
- No rough housing or fighting
- Food and drink must stay on the other side of the white fence
- No gum or peanut products
- No jumping from the low bar to the high bar
