Parkour Program

What can I expect in Parkour programs?

Did you know the Federation of International Gymnastics recently adopted Parkour as an official gymnastics discipline? We are so excited about this new sport being added to the amazing gymnastics community.

Parkour is defined as rapid creative movement through an area; typically an urban environment, negotiating obstacles by running, jumping and climbing.

These programs are perfect for children who LOVE to move FAST and are all about creativity and free movement.

Our dedicated and passionate team of Parkour coaches teach gymnastics fundamentals for Parkour to ensure kids are moving safely through their explorations. Our parkour program has been our fastest growing program; expanding from two classes a week to now operating over twelve times a week with long wait lists for more, and it's own HARDkour Summer Camp.

The culture of Parkour is one of free movement, respect, hard work, fitness, passion, shared ideas and creative movement. These classes are less structured and we find that kids who crave thrive here; Have a kid who struggles to focus? This program is probably a perfect fit.
